Judith Balea 4:25 PM at Sep 27, 2017 Sea, one of Southeast Asia’s most valuable internet companies, has released its  full IPO prospectus  peppered with claims – among them that it’s the top ecommerce player in the region. The company cited data from a Frost & Sullivan report it commissioned, saying that Shopee, its consumer-to-consumer marketplace, was number one in market share in “Greater Southeast Asia” during the first half of 2017 – in terms of GMV (gross merchandise volume) or total value of goods sold, and total orders. He said the governments of the two countries had ensured that: > the income of its nationals rose in tandem with inflation; and > that the housing policy ensured that developers are compelled to build affordable (but smaller) units before their p

Based on data from the Housing and Local Government Ministry, as at May 2009, some 155 housing projects have been abandoned, involving a total of 48,664 housing units (of these, 31,337 units have been sold) and effecting more than 25,000 house buyers.
