BUKIT LANJAN: Pek Moh Bukit Lanjan thanks 7,515 voters

The euphoria of the 14th General Election (GE14) is over.

With the swearing-in of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as Malaysia’s 7th Prime Minister of Malaysia on Thursday (May 10), I wish him and Pakatan Harapan (PH) all the best in fulfilling their electoral promises and reforming federal and state government administrations nationwide.

 I also congratulate Elizabeth Wong for successfully defending Bukit Lanjan for a third-term. I hope she will serve her constituents well - rid the townships of dengue, rodents and solve the garbage disposal problems  and all other matters that a conscientious assemblyman needs to do to make Bukit Lanjan a better place for for all before GE15.

 I, particularly, wish to thank all the 7,515 Bukit Lanjan constituents who gave me their ballots on polling day.

I cannot possibly know who you are but I sincerely thank you for giving me your support in my bid to serve and transform Bukit Lanjan into A Safer, Cleaner & United Community.

They like to label people as ‘not team player’ etc and play ‘cai dan’ list. They know who they are and keep on repeating that their preferred President’s list is complete and multi-racial bla bla bla. In fact after 2008 GE they should have bowed out and allowed the party to leave BN and today 2018 would have been a different story! But to be fair not all warlords are bad, and they have good intentions for the interest of the party!* But in the 2018 NDC where Gerakan have been totally decimated and out of BN without representation in Putrajaya, without coucillors in local government and even without medals and pingat to give out some persistent useless ‘warlords

BUKIT LANJAN: Parents also need to be motivated … Parents, whenever invited, are urged to attend motivational forums organised by community leaders to help keep them informed and updated on education matters and developments. Such forums will not only benefit parents but also their children, family members, society and the nation. “Raising children to become mature and responsible adults is both challenging and stressful. Parents do need to take time off to relax and be motivated,” Gerakan Deputy Speaker Syed Abdul Razak Alsagoff said.
